Jonathan Franzen Featured at the 2026 Aspen Words Book Ball
The Aspen Times previews Jonathan Franzen’s appearance at the 2026 Aspen Words Book Ball.
Franzen will join book critic Ron Charles for a conversation on July 10 at the Aspen Meadows Resort. The annual benefit supports Aspen Words programs, including the Aspen Literary Festival, literary programming for local students, scholarships for emerging writers, and other accessible community events.
Franzen received the 2001 National Book Award for The Corrections, which was also a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction.
